The background
I ran this problem for twenty-eight years before I solved it.
In 1995 I founded my first service business. In 2017 I launched a second while still running the first. For six years I ran both simultaneously — profitably, with happy clients, and working sixty to seventy hours a week on administrative work that added no client value whatsoever.
In 2023 I sold both and relocated to Bangkok. I built a third practice from scratch, automating everything I had been doing manually for nearly three decades. The result was seventy percent less operational overhead and the same service quality, running across three time zones without daily founder involvement.
I now help SME owners make the same transition. Not theory. Real implementation from someone who lived the problem.
The results
- ✓Client reporting automated — twelve hours per week returned to the practice
- ✓Client onboarding, proposals, scheduling and invoicing all automated
- ✓Same service quality, seventy percent less operational overhead
- ✓Runs from anywhere, across three time zones, without daily founder involvement
- ✓Two businesses sold in 2023 — the third built to run without me from day one
